As I said Nightfall has so much to do you will need to go more than once to experience everything and the R.I.P. pass we highly recommend. We had a great time at Nightfall. The characters are amazing and do a great job. The costumes, makeup, acting, and character development is so well done. Nightfall has a Universal Studio and Knotts Scary Farm-like feel. Nightfall is very story-driven and theatrical. The shows are fun for everyone. We also recommend the Séance Add-on. The Séance was entertaining and eerie. The two beautiful women hosts are so much fun and very good at storytelling and being in character at all times. The scare zones are also fun and great photo opportunities. You come in contact with some strange and unusual characters. The scare zones help continue the story of Nightfall and we loved that. The food is to die for. We ate at Big Jake's BBQ and had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries and it is a mouth-watering treat for sure. They have all kinds of different food, drinks and treats like popcorn, ice cream, fudge, cotton candy, candy apples and so much more.

They have so much to do and it can be fun for all ages from rides, face painting, games, mini golf, a petting zoo, and more. They make it so you can bring the whole family and they have something for the youngest to the bravest of heart to do.

One year after returning from death, Mary Hyde is fully realized in terrifying, new form as the Demon Queen of Nightfall. Now possessing the power to summon demons from the underworld, Queen Mary is building a terrifying army. Will Mary be able to keep her grip on Nightfall? Or will the all-but-dead Resistance rise up for one last battle?

Experience 20+ acres of new terrifying haunts, mazes, roaming scares, stunt shows, musical theater, magic shows, comedic dissections, delicious food/drink, and family-friendly attractions!

Now the haunts! What you all have been waiting for:

Dabne’s Funhouse

Clowns have taken over The Wolves’ Den. Queen Mary has appointed Dabne the Clown as Nightfall’s Minister of Entertainment and given him the former Resistance fortress as his “Funhouse” headquarters. However, Dabne’s idea of “fun” may be a bit different from yours. This was a fun blacklight haunt with many clowns for sure. Somewhere in the beginning of the maze a female clown jumped out and was the best scare of the night for me. Well done Clown you got me. The rest of the haunt was not terrifying but fun with the blacklight neon colors, lights, effects, sounds and clowns, of course.

The Bloodletting

No longer needing to keep Hyde’s experiments a secret, Queen Mary has given her husband’s former laboratory to the Vampires as a show of diplomacy. Having discovered powerful compounds in Werewolf blood, the Vampires have transformed the lab into a prison and slaughterhouse, where they brutally butcher and drain their werewolf victims. This was the best haunt of the night. The acting was on point along with makeup, costumes, sounds, and characters. The werewolves did an outstanding job and I have never seen werewolves done as well as they were. I know what they were and they looked and played the part very, very well. The Vampires also did fantastic and they made this Haunt extremely special.

This was our Favorite Haunt of Nightfall and is not one you want to miss. Scary good fun!

Hells Gate

Queen Mary has opened a portal to the underworld through which to summon demons to her service. Are you brave enough to journey through a labyrinth of demonic creatures to glimpse the portal in the heart of the maze? The characters in this Haunt did a great job and had a lot of spots to play with and hit more than once with the customers. The Christmas Trees were a little confusing and Krampus was in this maze. Love Krampus but it was just a little odd and off-putting. When I first saw the trees I was like okay they are using them as just trees but when I came in contact with the Krampus animatronic that then confused me a little. He is a demon so he could be in hell so I guess it makes sense. Moving on, other than that, I loved it and the demon we came in contact with did a wonderful terrifying job.

I really liked all the hidden spots in this maze.

The Mirror Prison

Reverend Templeton’s alternate personalities have been banished from his body and imprisoned in “The Mirror Realm,” a dimension within the mirrors that inhabit the Iron Door Mine. Don’t look too closely into the mirrors as you traverse the mine…you never know what unfortunate soul will lash out at you. I absolutely love the mine so much the setting is perfect and just very cool. The mirror prison concept is cool. I love the use of the effects in this Haunt and the story but the acting was a little bit lacking in some parts and the old man actor at the end was disappointing and rude. I was last in my group and walked by a character. I thought it was just a fake person or Dumby in the cage but I saw movement so I wanted to get a photo it was an actor just sitting there and he said rudely “You just ruined the scare”.  I was very confused since I was last in the group and he did nothing as my group went by him. I didn't even know if he was an actor or a prop. I stopped and looked at him in confusion and then I said I am a reviewer and went on. This was the only downside to the night and how rude he was also. This just goes to show you never know who is walking through your maze. However, I still loved the maze and just loved the Iron Door Mine.

Nightfall is a fun Halloween event that you will not want to miss.

We only got to see just some of what they have in store for you but it was a packed full night of screams, jumps, laughs, and just overall fun!
